Here are some quick tips all of us can use to save energy...

1. Ensure that our air conditioner units are maintained at 24 deg

2. Use CFL / LED bulbs and lighting instead of regular lighting

3. Try and make optimum use of daylight by adjusting windows in the house - This will reduce the use of electric lighting during the day

4. Use of natural resources, like solar lights, solar water heaters, will help conserve electricity

5. After cooking in a microwave, use the intrinsic heat for another 2-5 min. to warm up bread or other small items, without switching on the oven

These simple daily use methods will not only save energy and help our environment but also save you from paying increased prices for energy consumption.

We can help save resources for a better world! Let's share the burden of climate change...
